• Update electronic air waybills (FWB), house manifests (FHL), and pre-lodge cargo with SATS.
• Schedule air cargo space with shippers, airlines, co-loaders, and international agents.
• Provide guidance and support for air cargo operations.
• Help organize import shipments and plan their delivery.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Start with handling air import duties, then gradually take on export responsibilities.
• Manage incoming alerts for cargo release and coordination of delivery.
• Inspect inbound cargo at the warehouse and report any issues to the team leader.
• Follow up on jobs from customer service, draft and verify airway bills (AWBs).
• Prepare and process AWBs, documentation, and customs declarations for outbound cargo.
• Check export cargo at the warehouse and attach airline labels as necessary.
• Communicate with customers and international agents, manage emails.
• Pre-clear exports and imports with customs.
• Input shipment details into the CCN system for customs compliance.
• Handle billing and operational-related correspondence and tasks for both air imports and exports.
• Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.
