About the Role

As a SAP CRM Lead, you will follow a set of change management process to allow for rapid delivery of high-quality configurations and development works that align with our stakeholders’ requirements. The position supports the ERP Manager in maintaining the system and driving business process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for supporting SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer, Hybris Marketing and Hybris Cloud Integrator applications within the organization.
2. Work closely with process owners and users to integrate technical and application components to meet the business requirements.
3. Resolve incident and problem tickets escalated from Service Desk within agreed service level.
4. Work with cross-functional SAP team members on change requests.
5. Create and maintain documentations such as design specification, configuration, process flow, test plan, user guide, etc. in accordance to the adopted methodologies.

Position Requirements

You will work Laundry Operations Manager, Singapore on the daily laundry operations specifically focusing on drycleaning, laundry washing and finishing, ironing and packing.

Main Responsibilities

• To manage laundry operations teams (itemising, packing, washing/finishing, ironing)
• To set and ensure daily/weekly KPI and targets
• To oversee garments itemising & assessment, garments’ finishing operations
• To report to laundry manager on daily production and quality matters
• To oversee the maintenance and upkeeping of washers, dryers, dryclean machines, garments finisher equipment, ironing equipment, and other equipments as assigned
• To oversee the safety of the use of machinery such as washing machines, dryers, dry-clean machine, garments finishers and etc.
• To account for the inventories and supplies as assigned
• To support the factory operations or assigned duties as required
