Introduction:
As Digital Ecosystem Partnership Manager, you will be reporting to Digital Manufacturing Senior Director, and you will be responsible to systematically scout, shortlist and evaluate priority use-case-backed vendors/solutions both internally and externally. Your role is to develop and implement a vendors & start-ups selection/ onboarding/offboarding workflow aligned with Global Finance, Legal and Procurement functions, and establish a partnership model and vendor performance review mechanism. Your role will also include partnership cultivation with universities, research institutions, industry groups, and incubators to support design, test and iterate new use cases.
Your Job:
â—Ź Work with Digital Strategy group and internal stakeholders to understand use case roadmap and specific use-case-backed needs.
● Develop “make”, “buy” or “partnership” option-assessment framework and implement the framework for each use case’s digital technology
â—Ź Define new technology requirements based on priority use cases and scout for, short list and evaluate solution providers and technology partners (both external and internal) to meet requirements.
â—Ź Work with solution providers to develop partnership model and performance review mechanism.
â—Ź Lead the evaluation and selection of technology partners with use case teams, and recommend options to Digital Manufacturing Lead
â—Ź Partner GSM to negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, conditions, and service level agreements.
● Cultivate, and maintain effective collaboration and communication with technology partners to GF’s Digital Partner Ecosystem.
â—Ź Stay updated on industry technology trends and present quarterly to the broader manufacturing team on innovative solutions
● Monitor partner performance and outcomes, tracking key metrics and key performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure success, identify areas of improvement, and play back learnings to use case teams

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering technology, computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in digital ecosystem partnership management, I4.0/analytics/digital transformation design and implementation, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of Digital Manufacturing technologies and trends, including AI, ML, IoT, Robotics, Autonomous Systems, and Automations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain healthy relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent business and financial business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in contract negotiation and partnership management.
- Years of Experience: minimum 5 years of industry experience
