Responsibilities:

• You will be part of the project team to assist clients in the Built Environment industry to embark on their digital transformation journey. You will be instrumental in:
• Working with stakeholders which includes client teams, industry practitioners, technology providers and research institutions to adopt latest digital technology and develop solutions to support the built environment;
• Evaluate the feasibility of the various new and emerging methodologies and technologies;

Job Description

Risk Management

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive Project Risk Register as a true reflection of the Project risk during project stages (Design, Procurement, Construction/T&C)
• Lead and conduct periodic Risk workshop with the project team for identifying and updating mitigation measures based on actual project status.
• Discuss, submit and follow up of Risk Registers between Consultant and end user.

M&E Lead

• Perform conceptual design, feasibility study, preliminary and detailed design for site installation of M&E Equipment and Piping Works.
• Review drawings in 2D and 3D BIM
• Review design calculations, specifications & documentation works for submission for consultant approval.
• Lead and support authorities’ consultation and submission
• Manage technical, engineering as well as design related to site matters
• Support and help resolve any site technical difficulties & other that may arise
• Assist Construction/Project Manager in overseeing the daily construction and site coordination of different activities.
• Prepare, submit and monitor technical drawings, method of statements and shop drawings.

Requirements

• Min diploma in relevant Water Treatment/ M&E Engineering, shall be qualified and experienced in facilitating risk management with about ten (10) years of experience in construction industry which includes construction management and design experience.

• Able to plan / coordinate site works and resolve drawing details and discrepancies.
• Able to liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and all levels of the Project Team.
