Reporting to the Flow Manager, he/she will be responsible for driving and meeting product reliability and improving product yield.

Job description

- Prepare and submit concessions to OEMs for out-of-scope repairs.

- Liaise with OEMs on technical queries or any other matters as

required.

- Provide technical support and leadership to the shop floor, as well

as to various sections requiring engineering inputs.

- Support shop floor on modification of existing fixtures and

designing of new ones.

- Ensure that all matters pertaining to product or process are

managed efficiently.

- Ensure that all the technical problems are resolved in a timely

manner, hence enabling smooth operation and production

- Liaise with Marketing & Customer Service Department to ensure

that all technical requirements set out by the customers are met.

- Carry out feasibility studies for new capability setup as well as

initiate and carry out the set up.

- Set up new specification capability on existing special processes.

- Review special processes requirement for new product part

number / CMM.

- Set up new Equipment / Machine or modify existing set up for

increase in capacity.

- Conduct investigation and issue warranty reports

Perform process nonconformance gap analysis.

Create and maintain necessary shop documentation to ensure compliance with CMM & other specification revision:

- Overhaul Routers

- Lot Sheets

- ICR

- Bushing Installation Sheets

1. Responsible to MIS Manager for IT infrastructure setup, maintenance, and operations.
2. Has Programming Proficiency in database management systems (e.g. MSSQL, Visual Basics 6.0 & Active Server Pages ASP).
3. Strong Knowledge of Information Security Protocols.
4. Experience in ERP systems for CRM Support.
5. Handle IT project and system implementation which involve gathering information designing and planning. Conduct User acceptance test and provide user training.
6. Manage and liaise with external system vendors related to MIS department when necessary.
7. Provide advice and recommendations to management on proofs and techniques for improved work operations related to customized labels direct USB printing to Seagull Bartender Printer (no Crystal Report).
8. Handle basic hardware troubleshoot, system backup and software support.
9. Assist the MIS Manager in any ad hoc activities related to the MIS department.

Education:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related discipline.
• Equivalent qualifications or certifications in relevant IT/ERP systems support are also considered.

Job Description

· Submit Supplier Problem Sheet (SPS) for issues encounter drawing and specifications.

· Drafting 2D drawing for the entire incomplete drawing.

· Review Engineering Change Order (ECO) and Engineering Specs Waiver (ESW) process.

· Generate internal OMS (Operational Method Sheets) and WI (work instruction).

· Able to read multi levels BOM.

· Create multilevel Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routing for job travellers.

· Provide assistance to Purchasing for any material or OEM buying parts related.

· Work with Customer for any design improvements.

· Hand on experience on assist assembly technicians.

Requirements
