· Handle day-to-day grant-related financial matters, month-end and year-end accounts closing, and preparation of the monthly and year-end audit schedules

· Liaise with various departments in the collection of information and documents

· Prepare payroll certification for manpower claims

· Monitor funding accounts receivables for payment and follow up on collections

Job Description

• Work hand in hand with the sales team to plan delivery schedules for new product releases and restock requests in accordance with internal shipping guidelines
• Manage the import procedure for finished goods from the country of origin to the local warehouse
• Coordinate with local warehouse to arrange products for pick and pack
• Handle the full range of export functions of products to different stakeholders across our network of distributors
