About The Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced Cilent Service Executive for our team. In this position, you will be part of a team responsible for incoming customers/patients queries and delivering superior customer experience through providing assistance/guidance in a timely manner.

What You'll Be Doing

• To manage a portfolio or corporate clients, this position will be the first point of contact and support to the client via emails or calls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client requests or issues promptly, to coordinate with internal support teams where required.
• Maintenance of Clients' database, including data entry and uploads
• Client implementation and system setups.
• Generate and prepare monthly/ad-hoc Client reports.
• Client contract renewals and upsell of services where applicable.
• Other administrative tasks including but not limited to member card preparation, documentation, filing, etc.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable follow-ups where required.

What We Are Looking for

• Candidates with prior experience with Healthcare Insurance providers will be an added advantage.

· Generate payment proposals to effect payments via various modes e.g. cheques, transfers, interbank GIRO etc.

· Vet through invoices or payment requests.

· Monitor payments via Direct Debit Authorisation (DDA) and ensure payments are processed in a timely manner.

· Request funds from institution.

· Review and follow up on open items in bank clearing account.

· Follow up with payment requestor for reissuance of expired cheques and long outstanding reconciling items.

· Assess the withholding tax status of invoices from overseas vendors and file withholding tax return within stipulated timeline.

· Preparation of withholding tax schedule.

· Complete bank statement posting and Accounts Payable clearing before the month-end closing.

· Assist in mail sorting according to the planned duty roster.

· Train and guide junior staff and assist in resolving difficulties encountered by them.

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

· Experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting is preferred; Candidates without experience are welcome to apply

· Experience in SAP is preferred

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· High integrity, meticulous and proactive

· Independent, self-driven with the ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines

· Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

The Job

• To manage a team of 5 members
• Updating and Maintaining cash book record as to ensure that cash book records are updated and maintained
• Assist in monthly and year end closing of accounts
• Creating AR Invoice, AR payment, AP invoice, AP payment and Cash book entry etc.
• To prepare daily cash book timely and completely
• To handle monthly accounts transaction checking to solve discrepancy
• Providing consultant with information and to meet their reporting deadlines
• AR/AP reconciliation and management
• Liaise with tax agents, company secretaries and auditors
• Handle ad-hoc reports and projects as assigned
• Ensure proper and systematic filing is done in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist in handling, managing bank matters and ad hoc matters

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/CAT/LCCI
• Detailed, analytical, dynamic, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Good communication skills in Mandarin and English
• Computer literate and proficient with MS Office and MS Excel
• Have at least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
