Job requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
• 2-3 years of sales experience (preferably in automotive industry)
• Possess Class 3 licence
• Self motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Good customer service

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for the day to day account and finance operations
• Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts
• Ensure timely and accurate periodic financial closing and reporting
• Prepare, review and present financial reports and statements to stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
• Monitor and ensure proper invoicing and monthly payment collections
• Preparation of group consolidation accounts
• Preparation of GST submission
• Handle yearly tax returns and other related claims
• Responsible for cashflow reporting and projections
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts and analysis
• Managing statutory audit and tax compliance process
• Liaise with Banks for related banking facilities
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies
• Drive continuous improvements in accounting processes, systems and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Assist the Salon Owner on the day to day running of the salon, including training, sales, consulting, ordering of stock, calculating of days taking and other assigned roles. Minimum of 3 years working experience as Hair stylist, with supervisory experience preferred. Basic knowledge of English is necessary and a second language is advantageous.
