Professional and Technical

You will be responsible for the leasing and lease management activities of the shopping mall including implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy within the retail mall.

Responsibilities would include the following:

Leasing and Commercial / Retail Mix Strategy

• Work with the landlord/Management Council on determining the strategy of the building
