• Monitor closely guest’s room folio high balance daily to prevent losses by the Hotel.
• Ensure proper records are maintained and valuable secured in the Front Office Safe Deposit Box
• Responsible for the setting up and updating of the Duty Manager’s Log Entry, Comm Entry and to report all unusual events to the higher management.
• Responsible for all emergency procedures and coordinate closely with the Security Department
• Responsible for all Master Keys and Emergency Key which are strictly for their use only pertaining to operation requirements.
• Liaise with the IT Department on any faults of the system at times of emergency.
• Ensure strict control of the operations of the computer systems and peripherals.
• To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Management.

• Lead and manage project execution, monitor site progress, and ensure on-time completion of the project
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and the latest WSH Act at all time
• Evaluate and report to management on project progress
• Able to liaise with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities
• Help to set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team
• Identifying potential risks, performing risk analysis and planning risk mitigation strategies
• Controlling all construction operations, procurements, the quality of deliverables and project costs
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
• Ensure all deadlines are meet
• Perform other ad hoc duties given by management

Job Requirements

• Possesses at least a Degree or Diploma majored in Civil Engineering or related field
• Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related position
• Experience in HDB/MOH project
• Be a team player, independent, meticulous, diligent and organized with positive work attitude
• Conflict resolution and conflict management experience
