RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of Operations Manager (OM) is to be responsible for the strategic management of the school environment, including estate, facilities, resources (inventories/supplies) and processes, to achieve school's objectives as well as day-to-day operations. Duties of Operations Manager:

• Conduct morning briefings and updates, and the delegation of duties to Team Leaders
• Provide budgetary updates to the Finance Department
• Oversee the timely preparation of monthly schedules, i.e. standby, night service
• Oversee and follow-up on the consolidation of feedback from the respective teams as well as families and clients, reviewing the feedback/ complaints received whenever necessary
