Reporting to Sustaining Manager/Director of Engineering, successful applicant will provide electrical/hardware engineering services to the global business, covering a range of power supply failure analysis and product evaluation for mass produced power supplies. The incumbent will serve as the technical advisor to build up the Asia Engineering team's competences.

• Act as a subject matter expert or working towards becoming a subject matter expert (SME) for SMPS power supplies across the Asia business.
• Engage and support strategic collaboration with R&D, Manufacturing and Quality teams. Aligns with global objectives
• Challenge where appropriate and develop best engineering practice procedures and models to improve the process
