· Develop and implement a detailed commissioning plan, outlining all activities, timelines, resources, and testing procedures required for the data center systems (MEP, IT, fire protection, etc.).

· Ensure all commissioning activities comply with local regulations, industry standards, and client specifications, and that systems meet all safety and operational requirements.

· Identify potential risks or delays in the commissioning process and implement corrective actions to mitigate these risks, ensuring the project stays on track for timely completion.

· Provide training to the client’s operations team, ensuring they understand how to operate and maintain the data centre’s systems after handover.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications related to commissioning (e.g., CxA, LEED, or equivalent) are an advantage.

· Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in commissioning, with a strong background in large-scale projects such as data centers, commercial buildings, or industrial facilities.

· Strong knowledge of commissioning processes, including system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for MEP, IT, and building management systems (BMS).
