• Prepare Tender Documents and Quotations for projects
• Prepare Quotation for Rental of Construction Plants and Materials
• Prepare Detailed Budget Document and Actual Project Cost to Client
• Prepare Variation Works, Additional Claims
• Submit Monthly Progress Claims and Issue Tax Invoices
• Preparation, Attend Meetings for Submission of Final Accounts for the Projects
• Attend Site Show-round to Verify site condition, to Clarify scope of work and Actual Quantities
• Maintain and Follow-up the Payment of Clients
• Maintain Proper Document Control
• Require knowledge and experience in MS Word, Excel and Autocad.

• Experienced in procurement, budgeting, estimation, contract administration, measurement of quantities & variation orders

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior.

The position reports to the Team Leader- FiS Singapore. This position will be based in Singapore.

Tasks may include:

• Ensure that the work or duties performed are in accordance with the rules, regulations, instructions, guidelines and quality requirements of DNV.
• Maintain the confidentiality of clients' business, processes, designs, developments and documentation.
• When applicable, to supervise the work of others and ensure that it is carried out as above and in an efficient and economic manner.
• Communicate to line management at the earliest appropriate opportunity if in receipt of information that is important to the reputation or integrity of DNV.
• Exhibit customer-oriented focus through promoting DNV onboard or on-site and by acting as a technical resource for customer questions.

About you for Internal Candidates

• Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or relevant degree.
• 3 years of experience in the Marine industry.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Technical competencies: Understanding of class, statutory surveyor work and responsibilities.
• Behavioral competencies: Team player but able to work independently on surveys.
• Flexibility in traveling is required.
• Physical abilities necessary to perform regular functions of the job.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
