We are looking for a Full or Part Time Clinic Assistant/Receptionist to:

• Meet and greet patients at the front counter.
• Register patients.
• Book and coordinate appointments.
• Perform administrative tasks including arranging laboratory investigations, diagnostic procedures, booking surgical procedures, coordinating with operating theatres and arranging ward admissions.
• Answer telephone and email enquiries.
• Assist the doctor in clinic.
• Manage billing and collecting payment.
• Manage insurance related claims and paperwork.
• Manage orders and maintain inventories of supplies to support day-to-day clinical and administrative operations.
• Any miscellaneous duties for the operational running of clinic e.g. general cleanliness.

Required attributes – you should:

• Be warm, friendly, and empathetic towards patients.
• Be humble, honest, responsible and organised.
• Be IT literate and familiar with clinical software management systems e.g. Plato Medical.
• Speak fluent English and Mandarin.

Working Hours:

• Full-time 5.5 working days (We are also willing to consider Part-time for 3 & 2.5 working days).
• Office hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Saturday: 9am to 1pm.

We are seeking a Clinic Receptionist/ Clinic Assistant for a specialist ear, nose, and throat clinic based in Gleneagles Hospital, Camden Medical Centre and/or Mt Elizabeth Novena Specialist Centre.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Experience working in a medical clinic as a reception staff
• Good customer service skills - in person, over the phone, and by email
• Reliability
• Punctuality

Working times are 0830-1730hr Monday to Friday and 0830-1300hr Saturday.

Staff is given one Saturday and one half-day morning off a month after confirmation.

Dulwich College (Singapore) is seeking a Receptionist to cover a maternity leave till April 2024. This role will be assigned to the Junior School.

Duties of the role will include:

• To welcome visitors, parents, students and colleagues to the College and promote a professional image;
• To answer the telephone in a professional manner and transfer calls to the appropriate individuals, divisions or departments, taking messages where required ensuring recipient received the message;
• To ensure that meeting rooms, reception and waiting areas are tidy and welcoming for visitors to the school;
• To arrange transportation for visitors and colleagues as required;
• To manage daily attendance list of students;
• In liaison with teachers, to follow-up students’ absences with parents by phone call and email; Assisting students leaving early during school hours;
• Assisting students during school dismissal;
• To use Microsoft Office in creating and managing a variety of documents, including letters, reports, emails and forms;
• To effectively organise and maintain relevant files, logbook and records;
• In liaison with TransitLink; applying new applications or extensions for TransitLink concession cards on behalf of local students;
