Job Description & Requirements
Need at least 5 years of experience in cleaning operations
• Responsible for supervising tasks as directed
• Supervising and executing day-to-day cleaning operations
• Coaching and guiding direct reports on work-related issues
• Daily on-ground assessment to plan, schedule and execute all work requirements
• Supervise and manage a team of cleaning operations staff to ensure the efficiency of cleaning operations.
• Manage, support, plan and organise day-to-day cleaning schedule to ensure smooth operations
• Respond to customers" and cleaners “queries on cleaning arrangements from time to time.
• Plan and coordinate the inbound and outbound of the company's cleaning inventory.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and records and inventories are up to date.
• Report and assist Operations Manager with the entire cleaning operations.
• Enforce compliance to the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements.
• Ensure that daily cleaning operations are executed timely.
• Check personal hygiene of all cleaning operations staff.
• Process department monthly invoices, claims and staff leave matters
Job Requirements:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
· Able to work with tight deadlines
· Meticulous and possess a positive working attitude
· Possess at least 5 years of related working experience
· Ability to communicate with suppliers & vendors
· Possess good leadership skills
· Need to do cleaning jobs if necessary
· Able to work longer hours.
· Must work on night shifts.
· Must work on weekends/PH. Strictly off on week days
· Able to work in a team with communication and understanding of work flow.
· Have the ability to work under pressure
