The Mobilisation Manager will ensure the successful transition of newly awarded Food Service contracts. This will be achieved through working closely with the Growth team at tender stage, leading the mobilisation phase, seamlessly handing over the project to the operations lead and supporting the operations team during the transition through to steady state. Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, preferably with a recognised professional qualification
• 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably from an international accounting firm
• Must have experience working on financial services engagements, i.e., insurance, banks, payments, asset and wealth management, etc.
• Must have experience working on regulatory audits, preferably on Singapore engagements
• Experience in building/setting up a new team/function would be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively and efficiently across all levels

Responsibilities would include:

• Support and implement strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the malls within the Company's assigned portfolio
• Secure new tenancies, identify market segments and prospects, manage lease renewals with existing clients, and liaise with property agents
• Conduct market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost
• Maintain good relationships with tenants and prospects

Profile of ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Years of relevant experience in retail leasing: 2-4 (Senior Exec) | 5-7 (Assistant Manager)
• Sound understanding of the real estate industry with some network of contacts
• Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills
• Having a RES License is highly advantageous
