To support the growth of Marina Bay Sands’ loyalty marketing programs from a strategic perspective with an
emphasis on marketing and operational planning in one of the key regional markets for Marina Bay Sands:
Thailand. In addition, candidate will be involved with enhancing the Thai customer experience throughout the
property and ensure all benefits and privileges are operational while developing a consistent brand image across
all channels for loyalty marketing.
JOB SCOPE
Program Development:
o Acquire, develop, and maintain Thailand partner relationship for the growth of the Sands
Rewards Lifestyle, Sands Rewards Club & Paiza program as well as new opportunities for MBS
and partners to benefit the business.
Marketing:
o Plan, lead and implement communications assets to support marketing campaigns in Thailand
and Marina Bay Sands including but not limited to advertising, member communications,
campaign specific communications, and other related internal campaigns.
o Support planning and execution of promotions and special events.
o Develop members communications assets for more personalization and ways to improve tracking
of the results.
o Involves in the development of matrix/ criteria of reports in relations to the program and
promotions.
Others:
o Coordinate promotional plans with all business areas to drive acquisition and retention, promote
upward loyalty migration.
o Coordinate and liaise in language collateral and media briefs, production and distribution with
creative and media team.
o Manage and tabulate reports as required.
o Coordinate with Finance and IT for promotion set-up where needed.
o Handle internal and external enquiries where applicable.
o Other administrative responsibilities.
o Other duties as directed by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
College degree in Business or Marketing.
Excellent command in MS Suite and good knowledge in MS Project.
One to two years of collateral production, marketing and advertising experience is preferred.
Experience in loyalty marketing in retail, travel, and financial institution environment, both on marketing
and operational levels is preferred.
Fluency in spoken and written English and Thai is required. Additional language skills is a plus.
Must be detailed oriented with strong inter-personal skills.
