Description:

Multi-omic analysis of secreted factors from various datasets was carried out, including human, mouse and primate plasma and metabolic tissues to identify novel primate-specific secreted factors critically involved in the regulation of physiology balance. Integrative data analysis and in silico rank scoring revealed a list of promising secreted factor candidates.
