5. Documentation and Compliance:

• Monitor and report on logistics performance, including delivery times, costs, and service levels.

6. Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:

• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the transportation, storage, or delivery of goods.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records, shipping documentation, or delivery schedules.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.

7. Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, transportation costs, and inventory levels.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide recommendations to management on how to optimize logistics operations.
