Assist in managing Infrastructure and IT Security related, for Regional Office (South Asia Ocean Region).

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Cloud Infrastructure hosting all the Critical Regional Business Solutions.

• Maintain, and assist in the preparation and compilation of the agreements i.e., non-disclosure agreements, major construction tenders, professional service agreements and standard industry forms of conditions of contract such as RDAS, SIA, PSSCOC, FIDIC Silver Book, FIDIC Yellow Book, and other form of conditions of contract including appropriate risk mitigation;
• · Maintain, and assist in the preparation and compilation of contract documents (both main and subcontract);
• · Assist in negotiations with counterparties (if any);
• · Participate in mitigation processes in line with overall standard operating procedures of the organisation;
• · Attend and participate in department and group meetings, staying current on department and group projects, goals and issues;
• · Proactively collaborate with internal team members and other operational groups and internal stakeholders to share and implement best practices, playbooks, policies and procedures, contract templates etc;
• · Assist in providing internal stakeholders with information regarding department processes, procedures and contract development as requested, including development and presentation of training materials;
• Create and/or adhere to contract and document tracking requirements.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree related to Quantity Surveying

Candidates with a Chartered Surveyor accreditation from a recognized institution or association (i.e. RICS, AIQS) are strongly preferred;

· Primarily in construction of semi-conductor and/or data center projects.

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in comparable role in a construction consultancy firm i.e. QS consultancy companies, expert witness, law firm;

· Strong contract administration and negotiation skills in a variety of different agreement types;

· Familiar with claims and SOP Act; · Occasional travel

· Conversant with Microsoft Office, One Drive, Microsoft Team, Adobe.

The Assistant General Manager collaborates with the Managing Director and Head of Departments to oversee and manage all aspects of the business operations.

Job Duties

Oversees and manage the 4 areas of business :

1. Legal Compliance.

· Reviews and approve all Company processes and policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

2. Day to day operations.

· Provide leadership by communicating and reinforcing the company's strategic direction to stakeholders.

· Work with the Management team to ensure operational issues are resolved.

· Assess the company structure and provide recommendations to the Managing Director for improving efficiency and effectiveness.

· Driving change, innovation, and continuous improvement in support of company opportunities.

· Conduct quarterly reviews for all departments to ensure all targets are being met.

3. Risk Management.

· Partner with Business Development to create a sales strategy that aligns with company objectives and drives business growth.

· Develop a strong understanding of the Business to weigh out risk for decision making and proposals.

4. Finance Overview.

· Implement and monitor yield management in all divisions to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

· Ensure compliance with company standards including proposals, costing of proposals.

· Oversee headcount and budget management to enhance the company's productivity and ensure effective succession planning.

Job Prerequisites

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role within an SME or start-up environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

To provide all project status update to management accurately and in a timely manner

To manage transporting foreign workers in/out dormitory to jobsite and to perform any other duties to be assigned from time to time

Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in building construction in singapore

· Ensuring that nail supplies are adequately stocked

· Advise clients on nail care and the use of products and colours

· Promote and sell nail care products

· schedule client appointments and accept payments

· Other duties as and when assigned
