Purpose of the Role:

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Psychosocial Services, you will provide psychosocial care and counselling under the purview of Psychosocial Services, which includes providing psychosocial services to patients and families under our SCS cancer rehabilitation service. This role provides support to the Operations Manager in driving quality product content and create listings for products sold online on both own platform and marketplace. As a product lister, your duties involve writing content to describe listings, optimizing copy for online search, and creating a streamlined layout. You are also required to support team on operational tasks.

Primary Role

A product lister lists products for sale. In this eCommerce position, you must follow relevant trends, keep inventory, and use proper SEO to make the product listings findable by those searching the internet. You will also improve older listings to maximise sales and ratings. Other necessary skills for becoming a product lister include being able to conduct research and analysis, having solid product knowledge, and understanding the basics of marketing. Proofreading, copy-editing, and computer skills are also beneficial.

Basic knowledge of health & beauty products, along with relevant work experience especially with excellent writing and research skills, as well as an understanding of SEO principles will be preferred.

Part of day to day tasks involving the following:

• Prompt respond to online listing requests from internal and external (brand owners) parties
• Coordinate well within eCommerce team and cross-departments for product listing and launches
• Provide support for other e-commerce operations, and projects when required

Education & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing or other relevant fields
• Relevant working experience in e-Commerce or product listing roles especially in FMCG industry is preferred.

Purpose of the Role:

Reporting to the Manager, Psychosocial Services, you will provide psychosocial support and counselling under the purview of Psychosocial Services, which includes providing psychosocial services to patients and families under our hospice service, and beneficiaries of our psychosocial services. You are also expected to provide support in major organization-wide events like fundraising and public forums, and in other projects as assigned by the Manager.

Key Liaison

You will work closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders:

• Clients and their families
• Government agencies and hospitals
• Other social service agencies

Key Responsibilities:

1. Psychosocial Care & Counselling

• Able to develop professional and engaged relationships with clients and other key service stakeholders.
• Provide and facilitate psychosocial assessments to assess cancer patient’s impact of illness and progression.
• Conduct on-going individual and, or family counselling through face-to-face sessions and home visitations to help navigate the bio-psycho-social-spiritual impact of illness.
• Conduct risk assessment for complex cases by considering integration of a range of information independently.
• Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams and, or agencies to deliver care or case plans.
• Lead case conferences as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Prepare social reports and ensure documentation is in place.

2. Psychosocial Hospice Initiatives

• To work with internal team & cross team(s) for planning and execution of remembrance segment for Relay for Life annually.
• To support internal team on planning, design and execution of team’s project for hospice Caregiver.

Other Roles

• Involved in team project that supports community building and development within department and, or cross department.
• May be requested to lead, organise and evaluate community development programmes.
• To be involved in review of SCS financial assistance schemes, updating SCS Cancer Care Kit, and, or policy changes and future trends impacting areas of work. Be prepared to redesign and adapt programmes to remain relevant in leading the fight against cancer.
• Any other ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Recognized Degree majoring in Social Work
• SASW accredited Social Worker with at least 2 years of experience. Assistant Senior Social Worker position would require at least 4 years of experience.
• Candidates with prior experience in healthcare or eldercare are highly preferred.
• Possess high EQ and people skills; able to navigate diverse personalities and characters.
• Strong MS Office Skills
