Job Purpose:

To supervise Food and Beverage staff, carry out financial reporting alongside with the Unit Manager, rotas and functions management. Maintain effective control of Food & Beverage Services on site. Job Scope:

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• Minimum Diploma in Food & Beverage Management or equivalent.
• Possess at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Previous experience in Food & Beverage is a plus.
• Proficient in POS cash register software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to lift/carry supplies/equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to demonstrate good judgment when dealing with clients and staff.
