Brief on the Role

Ferco is looking to hire an ambitious and energetic Graduate Sales
Executive to work with the Repair and Maintenance division of Ferco
Singapore. The successful candidate will work directly under the Manager of the division and assist in generating profitable new business for the company, assist with proposals and tenders for incoming enquiries as well as aid the Manager in the day to day running of the operation. This is a full time role based in Hillview in Singapore.

Duties

• Understand the market and find new avenues to generate

business to hit department targets

• Find new avenues of growth through long-term service contracts

to augment ad-hoc business.

• Assist in preparing proposals and quotations for incoming

enquiries

• Prepare information and assist the Manager with tender

submissions

• Provide input and assist with new digital and traditional marketing

campaigns

• Follow up on submitted proposals and work closely with the

Manager to foster strong relationships with customers

Location: Senja Care Home

The Senior / Executive, IT / Cybersecurity (ITCE) will assist the Senior Manager (IT) to plan, implement and manage organisation-wide IT infrastructure and IT-related systems in Vanguard. The ITCE will render IT operational support which includes the provision of IT services, troubleshooting, managing IT assets, IT procurement etc. He/she will also coordinate and work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the IT systems can provide associated IT services to our residents and staff.

· Assist the Information Technology / Cybersecurity Manager to plan and implement new IT support services and initiatives for residential care, day care, respite care or other services as necessary

· Manage day-to-day IT operations of Vanguard entities. These include:

a. Maintaining and reviewing IT policies to ensure that they are kept up-to-date and relevant for the current set up.

b. Preparing for yearly audit of IT Infrastructure and ensuring all documentation is kept up-to-date.

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Executive who can proactively address issues that arise in patient care and vendor liaison as well as to assist in the daily administrative operations of our clinic.

Job Scope includes and is not limited to:

Receptionist Duties

· Answer telephone calls, and schedule patient appointments

· Answer queries about the clinic.

Administrative Duties:

· Obtain, key and maintain patient data records

· Provide clear guidance on basic clinical procedures

· Assist in patient health insurance claims process

· Assist in online billing system and claiming for panel insurances

· Manage internal and external communications

· Arrange hospital admission, laboratory, and imaging services when required

· Assist in the mediation process between patients and healthcare providers

· Manage the clinic's inventory count and assist to order stock and supplies when low.

Clinical Duties:

· Dispensing of medications

· Financial counselling

· Chaperone/Accompany the Doctor during consultation when required

· Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the premises and consultation rooms

· Sterilize medical equipment and sanitize designated areas.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum ‘O' Levels or equivalent

· Relevant experience in clinic / healthcare setting preferred.

· Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and specialists, as well as the public

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided.

· Knowledge of procuring supplies and equipment.

· Proficient in billing and negotiating with suppliers and vendors.

· Computer literate/savvy

· Able to work on weekends

The Accounts Executive will play a critical role in managing and maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy, and assisting with financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Financial Records: Accurately record and update financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Invoice Management: Prepare, process, and follow up on invoices, ensuring timely payments.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Reporting: Prepare financial reports and statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Budgeting: Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning.
• Auditing: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Support: Provide support to the Accounts Manager and other team members as needed.
