Sales supervisors of retail sales employees may:

Greet and assist customers

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints

Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, taking inventory, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers

Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods

Inventory stock and reorder when necessary

Instruct staff on how to handle difficult or complicated sales

Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions

Formulate pricing policies and accuracy

Attend trade shows to identify new products and services

Coach, counsel, recruit, train and discipline employees

Approve contracts with vendors

Utilize information technology to record sales figures for data analysis

Must be able to work night shift or split shift

Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

1. Job Functions

• Conduct pre-emplacement interviews with residents to understand their needs, work with them to set goals, develop case plans to address concerns
• Implement, review and modify case plans
• Prepare and maintain Individualised Service Plans (ISPs), progress and closure reports
• Provide casework and counselling services to residents and their families
• Refer residents and their families to appropriate agencies for further intervention
• Ensure that the halfway house’s Programme meets the mission, objectives and procedures of case management services

2. Candidate Requirements

• At least a Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work or related disciplines from recognised universities
• Registered as an Accredited Social Worker or Social Service Practitioner will be an advantage
• At least 2-3 years of relevant casework and counselling experience in the field, preferably working with offenders
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• Able to work independently and at the same time a team player
• Self-motivated and takes initiative to drive improvements and developments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, as well as able to perform basic statistical analysis

3. Working Hours

5 days work week

Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm

Halfway House: 50 Lor 34 Geylang, Singapore 398239 (Catered to Male residents)

· Develops project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders

· Collaborates with various internal teams and external stakeholders

· Clearly articulates ideas and thoughts verbally

· Relays relevant information to stakeholders in a timely manner

· Confers with supervisors as well as members of the team to determine progress of work and to provide information on changes in processing, methods, and follow-up with feedback received from other departments.

· All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

· Min Diploma or Degree in any field

· No Experience needed, all training and guidance will be provided

· Relevant experience will be an advantage

· Excellent communication skills is a must

· Good management skills of team
