• 1year of working experience in the Operations. It will be an added advantage if candidate has experience in handling isotanks export shipment.
• This person needs to have basic understanding in iso tanks shipment, good working relationship with the team and able to provide excellent service to our customers.
• Skillset requirement including being proficient in ms word, excel, paying attention to details, able to multitask and handle stress.

Responsibilities:

- Accuracy of discount/ profit margin of items

- Assistant to prepare PO, match DO and invoices and prepare payment advises

- Matching and checking of vendor’s invoices, DO, PO

- Pulling of data from POS system, tabulate sales data and reports

- Sales and Purchases reporting

- Data entry of PO

- Ensure database is up to date

- Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Basic accounting knowledge

- Able to work independently without supervision

- Possess high integrity and strong commitment towards your job

- Good command of MS Excel

- Merticulous with details

- Knowledge in POS system will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts for the holding company and 2 Singapore subsidiaries
• Job scope covers accounting-related functions, including but not limited to the below:Perform daily finance operations including invoice processing, interco billing, AP payment and staff claims processing
  Cash flow management
  Banks and Inter-company reconciliations
  Closing of accounts
  Reporting of monthly financial accounts and consolidated reports.
  
• Prepare quarterly SGX reporting including tax computation and quarterly GST submission.
• Undertake any other assignment which the management may request from time to time

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma in Accountancy or professional accounting qualification e.g. ACCA
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in listed company
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Hands-on experience in Xero accounting system will be an added advantage
• Organise, ability to work under tight timeline and effectively as a team member
