Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
2. Sales and Performance: Drive branch performance by setting and achieving sales targets, optimizing resources, and analyzing performance metrics.
3. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor branch staff to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team.
4. Customer Service: Ensure the branch delivers exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
6. Financial Management: Oversee the branch's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
7. Community Engagement: Represent the company in the local community, building relationships and promoting our brand.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of a Diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field. Higher qualifications will be advantageous.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong understanding of lending processes, products, and regulatory requirements.
4. Proven track record of driving sales and meeting performance targets.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring operations efficiency of 4-5 outlets and provide guidance to team in fulfilling monthly sales targets.
• Lead and inspire a team of Outlet Managers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Strategically plan and review weekly manpower schedules to optimize staffing and control costs effectively.
• Ensure adherence to portioning standards across outlets, closely monitoring inventory levels.
• Collaborate with Outlet Managers to implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality.
• Responsible in planning and maintaining efficient operational workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing streamlined processes.
• Uphold the highest standards of food quality and food hygiene standards across all outlets by conducting regular inspections or audits.
• Investigate each customer feedback promptly, utilizing insights to continuously enhance customer satisfaction and improve operational processes.
• Take a proactive role in the training of new team members, ensuring that they are well-equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.
