• Underlying understanding of APAC location employment law frameworks
• Solid understanding of employment law and/or company employment policy frameworks (specific country knowledge not necessary)
• Prior involvement in managing complex ER related issues
• Proven success in managing multiple relationships with executive stakeholders in LOB/HR/control functions

Main Responsibilities:

• Implement and execute a consistent regional strategy, with a true omni-channel approach
• Build the annual budget and actively support the preparation of the 5Y strategic plan
• Define a clear business roadmap in the region
• Fully in charge of the Region’s P&L
• Conduct negotiations with Distributors, Landlords and Retailers to achieve Budget targets
• Manage regional complexity with different distribution/channel priorities with an entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset
• Reinforce, directly manage, and further develop the distributors network
• Develop and negotiate a sales & stock plan in line with guidelines
• Ensure that all POS follow and represent HQ strategy and Brand positioning, including visual merchandising and trade marketing materials as well as training
• Ensure the perfect implementation of the marketing plan by negotiating for excellent locations and optimized promotional calendar
• Maximize Sell-in and Sell-Out in assigned doors to grow market share, ranking and productivity of each counter in the dedicated doors
• Recruit, manage, supervise, coach, and motivate a dedicated Team
• Monthly reporting on sales & market analysis

Key Competencies and Experience:

• This position requires a minimum of 10 years in a Senior Commercial or Marketing role
• Relatable industry experience is required, Luxury and Beauty are strongly preferred
• A result-driven achiever with ambition, motivation, autonomy, and dynamism
• Solid analytical skills & meticulous with numbers
• Strategic thinking with a global view of business
• Experience working in a large, matrixed, global organization strongly preferred
• Open to travel on a regular basis
