- Mon to Fri (9am to 6.15pm) and once a month Sat (9am to 12pm)
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage technical documents for production lots.
- Maintain records for the Food Safety Quality Management system.
- Handle incoming samples for sensory evaluation and record results.
- Prepare and manage outgoing production samples for sensory QA.
- Coordinate external lab or customer testing.
- Conduct lab testing for specific products.
- Support lab operations and maintain equipment.
- Weigh and mix ingredients for sample preparation.
- Undertake assigned tasks or projects from superiors.
- Ensure lab cleanliness, safety, and Good Laboratory Practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Food Science/ Chemistry or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Experience in lab environment/ quality control systems an advantage
