Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for independently handling all requests for tanks that are leased to customers
• Supporting the Operations department with creating PO’s and SO’s, processing reports, performing stock checks and filing
• Supporting/arranging schedules with surveyors, depots and transport companies
• Assist with monthly invoicing
• Build and maintain a working relationship with the service providers, subcontractors and suppliers
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Diploma in Engineering, Administration, Facility Management or equivalent
• Has a minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably at a tank container depot
• Proficient in MS Office and has experience with ERP systems

The Senior Operations Executive is fully accountable for the 360-recruitment process to include: development of their sales pipeline, forecasting and reports, through to business development, candidate sourcing/placement and client relationship management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Client Management

· Identify new business opportunities and recruitment leads - utilising your network and market experience.

· Attend meetings and networking events, presenting the company’s capabilities and unique services to new and existing clients to enhance company profile and market presence.

· Offer consultative approach to the clients, understanding their challenges and providing solutions that are relevant, efficient, and meet the client’s specific needs.

· Develop subject matter expertise within the sector specific to your division through research, analysis, tracking and market mapping.

· Building strong relationships with existing and new clients using this to enhance and open up new areas of business prospects.

· Grow existing business by cross selling Connect Energy Services’ various service offerings to client’s current / other business units.

· Use sales calls/meetings to cross pollinate opportunities for your peers and increase a culture of collaboration.

· Understanding competitors’ activities in the market to aid in directional setting, brand, and sales strengthening.

· Effectively demonstrate “best practices” and promote brand awareness by proactively marketing and use of social media to enhance the business and your professional profile within your sector.

Candidate Management

· Source suitable candidates to match client’s requirements offered to work on.

· Create long lists of candidates specific to the key skills and competencies against each role.

· Pre-qualify candidates and gauge interest against requirements creating shortlists for client review.

· Format CVs to match company specification.

· Provide pre-screen write up for the client highlighting critical data match against requirements.

· Update candidate on Operations process and provide preparation material or interview instructions as an when required.

· Time sheet management; collation, quality control checks and management.

Assignment Support

• Crew Mobilisation

o Coordination with crew and vessel’s agent.

o Completion and arrangement of crew certification per vessel requirement; courses, medical / vaccinations etc.

o Preparation of crew air travel arrangement / land transportation and accommodation requirements.

o Preparation of Service Agreement / API / Cash Advances etc.

• Crew Demobilisation

o Coordination with crew and vessel’s agent.

o Preparation of crew air travel arrangement/land transportation.

Health & Safety

• It is a mandatory requirement of each member of the Crewing team to partake in the management of the 24- hour emergencies contact mobile phone. This is held for a period of 7 days on a rotational basis.

Other

· Effective allocation of work and task to consultants / resource consultant based on individual strengths / specialization to minimize opportunity cost and maximize ROI.

· Work closely with various departments in the company (Finance, Legal, Global Mobility, Business Development, Joint Venture Partner companies and management team).

· Ensure all recruitment processes are accurate, timely and meet data integrity requirement.

· Carry out duties and responsibilities in compliance with health and safety policy and statutory regulations.

· Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets.

· Effective time management, organization, and prioritisation to meet the needs and demands of your role.

· Communicate sales pipeline to Team Lead effectively and make accurate forecast reports.

· Aid in CV formatting duties for Team Lead as and when required to the needs of project demands.

· Mentoring less experienced team member.

Functional Responsibilities

• Perform teller duties in branch, including to handle counter transactions in Cash & Cheque -withdrawal/Deposit, issuing of Cashier’s’ Order issue and Auto Financing Payment;
• Perform Fixed deposit transactions processing and monitor income, repayments, break costs.
• Perform internal Fund Transfer, FX transactions, cheque book issue;
• Customer Account closure and static data update;
• To provide counter services to customers and customer’s enquiries;
• Verification of Hire Purchase Agreement for HLBB customers;
• Provide efficient and customer-focused service to meet customers’ needs and exceed expectations;
• Provide inputs into operation processes and workflows to deliver efficiently and mitigate risk.
• Escalate potential operation issues, provide recommendations and suggestions to the direct manager;
• Responsible to prepare/update operational procedures to reflect changes to policies/regulations and in current practice;
• Work as a team to achieve business objectives, performing other duties and functions as assigned for supporting the branch;
• Report suspicious transactions to proper channels.
• Assist and participate in ad-hoc projects

Experience/Requirements

• At least 2 years work experience in the banking industry
• Well versed in lending middle office operations as well as familiar with the related front to end workflows essential
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills essential
• Able multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Meticulous, with an eye for detail.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong finance and accounting background
• Knowledge in fixed deposits would be advantageous.

Administrative Functions

• Ensure all team members adhere to the standard operating procedures and policies.
• Updating of team members attendance and temperature log sheet.
• Always strive to meet and exceed customers’ expectations and satisfaction with prompt and reliable services. Handle dissatisfied customers and rectify their complaints in order to satisfy their needs
• Provide general secretarial support to the clients.
• Ensure a smooth running of the team’s day-to-day operations.
• Assist in coordinating department events and organize team building events for the team.
• Updating of checklist and ensure proper handover of tasks.
• Attend Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Eco 360 activity as assigned immediate manager.
• To be cross trained and to be competent at the cross trained location and adhere to the immediate manager’s deployment arrangements

Departmental Functions

• Crowd control for big events.
• To perform guard tour daily during shift.
• To issue chain & lock accordingly as per event manager requirement.
• Manage settings of escalators/lifts flows based on client’s requirement.
• Manage lift holdings for VIPs/artiste.
• Monitor contractors’ behavior/activities in MICE.
• Ensure all defects in the building are reported accordingly and to monitor of the rectification/repair of the defects.
• Manage casual labor.
• Check for any illegal storage in MICE.
• Liaising with Facilities team for removal/installation of lifts padding and switching on/off of hall lightings for events.
• Assist Logistics team with the rental/issuing of equipment during the absence of the Logistics personnel.
• To provide briefing to contractors accessing property for event set up and tear down.

• Able to multi-tasks and work under pressure
• Team member to be cross trained to assist other departments within Logistics and Business Services.
• Team member to be send for external/internal courses to upgrade
