Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance of buildings, facilities, and security on all Company’s sites.
• Responsible for inspection, testing, general maintenance, and repair of the critical site systems and equipment in order.
• Ensure all equipment and other facilities are functioning properly.
• Maintain critical systems and equipment including power/ UPS, backup generator, and fuel supply. HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), plumbing/ water supply, security doors/ alarms/ cameras, Fire safety systems and equipment.
• Provide regular updates to the Management on situations/ issues which are to be resolved and the critical system or equipment is fully operational.
• Initiate interventions to solve problems in the facilities and develop a system for cleaning, repair and maintenance of facilities.
• Deliver timely and efficient solutions to facility-related requests.
• Coordinate and liaise with contractors on service maintenance/ repair.
• Supervise contractor and engineer on-site.
• Review risk assessment submitted by the contractor and ensure required safety requirements are in place prior to commencement of work.
