Responsibilities

The Visual Merchandising Assistant Manager role is to support the specific brand clusters in TR APAC and assist the VM manager with daily operations and implementation of TR APAC VM Guidelines, Design proposals, VM planograms follow up & managing collateral orders. He/She will work closely with brand marketing team and key stakeholders in keeping track that Design deliverables are met timely.

The role is to partner internally with brand marketing & sales team and local vendors & partners to drive excellence in executions in TR APAC permanent counters and promotional event sites. The key focus is on ensuring the brand equity is delivered in the highest level and design language is applied consistently across the Regional Travel Retail sites/locations.

1. VM Launch Guidelines

a. Develop & issue TR APAC VM guidelines.

b. Study TRWW launch guidelines with marketing team & adapt for TR APAC to different market’s needs.

d. Update VM planograms based on assortment changes and product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Application Support Teams, coach and ensure team members focus on their parts of incident response and resolution process.
• Oversee the recovery process and establish a clear chain of authority and responsibility; Responsible for case management and collecting & analysing of information on risks to prevent recurrence.
• Work with Technical and Application Teams to identify the root cause of incident, recommend system, service and business recovery options, as well as preparation of technical incident report.
• Work with technical teams to identify temporary workarounds and determine estimation time on resolution
• Document a clear trail of events, work with recovery and operations teams to deliver documentation and reporting and ensure the team works towards a timely resolution.
• Ensure processes and policies are adhered to and standards are met
• Chair the incident and problem review meetings; Attend post incident review meeting together with Business Incident Manager to report root cause and preventive measures taken to senior IT management and business management.
• Be the key point of contact for coordination and communication for technology team
• Take ownership and perform controlled resolution of incidents and problems working with Business Incident manager, within defined SLAs; Timely determine the severity and impact of the incident and escalate/communicate to stakeholders
• Champion stability initiatives to enable application high availability for BAU which includes better monitoring, failover and resiliency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with min. 10-15 years working experience in a bank or a financial institution
• Possess excellent working knowledge of ITIL best practices
• Ability to manage incidents and problems at enterprise level and must have experience in banking, in operations and technology to make key recovery decisions
• Familiar with supporting Desktop End User Services, Infrastructure, Banking Applications and Operations.

JOB SUMMARY

The Loyalty Manager is responsible for recognition and engagement of our most valuable Marriott Bonvoy Elite members through delivery of the highest quality member stay experience. He/she manages and coordinates all aspects of Marriott Bonvoy Elite members' journey: from pre-arrival and arrival experience all the way to the follow up through post-stay feedback mechanisms. Education and Experience

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years’ experience in loyalty/guest relations/guest recognition or related professional area.

Supporting Our Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program

• Leads and mentors other team members on Marriott’s Bonvoy Loyalty Program.
• Maintains complete knowledge of all Elite Member Benefits, Terms and Conditions.
• Adjusts Elite Member status when necessary according to established guidelines.
• Partners with Head Connector to update, appoint and activate connector team on property.
• Attends Loyalty and Connector meetings and webinars to continue professional development and learn about new enhancements and promotions of the Marriott’s Bonvoy Loyalty Program.
• Promotes positive relations with Elite members by anticipating their needs and promptly responding to them.
• Monitors, responds and routes Elite members’ comments to the appropriate department when necessary.

The Equities Operations team is part of the wider global Corporate Operations Group and supports the Equities trading business in Macquarie Capital. The team is responsible for handling post-trade life cycle controls for equities trading in global markets including trade allocation, booking, settlement, funding, reconciliation, and client management.

What role will you play?

You will be part of the Equities Operations team based in Singapore and will assume a key role supporting Macquarie Capital trading in local Singapore and regional Asian markets, supporting the Asia equities and equity derivatives businesses. The Role

The role encompasses a comprehensive range of Accounts Payables functions, including, but not limited to, processing invoices for payment to suppliers and vendors, verifying staff expense claims and facilitating reimbursements, data entries in accounting systems, end-of-month closing activities, and conducting bank reconciliations by verifying entries and comparing system reports. Your Profile
