As General Manager, you lead your management team who represent Engineering, Production, Support, Project Management and Business Control departments. In total you oversee around 35 people of which the majority are located in the Singapore organisation. Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the development of fit-for-purpose ERM framework and policies
• Develop and maintain organisation wide risk appetite including monitoring of adherence to the risk appetite through associated Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
