• Track project progress, prepare reports, and update project timelines.
• Read Relavent approved drawing and Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any on-site issues.
• Collaborate with the design team to transform concepts into precise technical drawings.
• Maintain and update project drawings as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure that drawings align with local building codes and regulations.
• Responsible for M&E works such as ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary etc..
• To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

Requirement

• At least more than 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experiences in Structural Steel will be advantageous, Interior & M&E,Construction.
• Possessed of SCWSH (BCSS) is mandatory.
• Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in site measurements on work done.
• Lead a team of workers and ensure that work is done in accordance to drawings, schedule and within budget.
• Report to his superior matters which require their attention.
• Control and guide general workers under his charge.
• Co-ordinate work with sub-contractors.
• In charge of receipt and transfer of construction materials, plants and machinery.
• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities.
• Implement necessary control measures to mitigate the unsafe work and to prevent recurrence.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Building Construction Safety Supervisors (BCSS)/ Supervise Construction Work in Workplace Safety and Health Certificate.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Residential Construction Industry.
