Job description:
· Facilitate Process Safety Studies / Comprehensive Risk Assessments (e.g. HAZOP, Blast Evaluation) at ExxonMobil Sites
· Consequence analysis and risk mitigation of High Consequence Scenario (Fire, Explosion, Toxic Release)
· Mentoring of process safety engineers at ExxonMobil’s manufacturing site
· Identification and embedding of new process safety engineering technologies / methodologies to improve manufacturing site’s process safety performance
· Lead Guide Word HAZOP implementation for global ExxonMobil manufacturing sites
· Review compliance of Process Safety Design standards (both company and Industry Standards) for new projects within region
· Assist manufacturing site leadership team in interpretation and implementation of local (Singapore) standards (e.g. QRA / Safety Case)
· Conduct Process Safety training as Course Instructor for Process Safety Courses conducted within Asia Pacific Region
· Participate and share process safety knowledge in industry forums. (Industry committees / Seminars)
Assist manufacturing units in safe operations of plants
Job requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
· 10 years of experience in process safety, working with or in refineries or chemical plants
· Certified Guide Word HAZOP Leader
