Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters Electrical Engineering Degree with at least 1 year of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience in CMOS device design, simulation, characterization and development of Analog/CMOS transistors operating at higher Voltages.
• Programming skills/experience in Python; logic gate and transistor operation knowledge; circuit simulation or circuit debug skills/experience.
