Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist and provide technical advice to the Project Director in architectural planning, and oversee architectural works progress on site.
• Coordinate with consultants, client’s representative, relevant authorities and main contractor on architectural matters and ensure the architectural workmanship standards.
• Document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing.
• Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawings.
• Attend meeting with consultants and main contractors.
• Review and update architectural drawings and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure quality in architectural works and following BCA/ URA/ PUB/ NEA regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in supervision of architectural works, on site experience preferred
• Able to lead and work independently
• Able to report to and communicate with Chinese speaking shareholders

• To develop company's legal obligations under the Workplace Safety and health (WSH) Act.
• To develop the organisation's current work activities at work places including customer's locations and able to gather the informations.
• To provide the knowledge and skills to be a Risk Management Champion for the organisation in reducing risks at source by managing the risk and management process at the workplace and for recognition of bizSAFE level 2 by Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council.
• To prepare for the risk assessments at workplaces and lead the Risk Management Implementation Audit.
