Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Live Streams:

○ Host engaging and entertaining live streams on TikTok to attract and retain viewers.

○ Engage with viewers during live streams through comments, questions, shoutouts, and interactive activities to build a strong community.

○ Encourage audience participation through contests, challenges, polls, and interactive games to enhance the live streaming experience.

○ Represent the brand or company positively and professionally during live streams, adhering to brand guidelines and values.

○ Address technical trolls, or other challenges that may arise during live streams with professionalism and problem-solving skills.

○ Foster a sense of loyalty and connection with the audience through authenticity, relatability, and genuine interaction.

2. Content Creation:

○ Develop creative and original content ideas suitable for live streaming, keeping audience interests and preferences in mind.

○ Reach out to TikTok creators, brands, or influencers to cross-promote live streams and reach a wider audience.

○ Assist in coordinating and collaborating with internal teams or external partners for content creation, campaigns, and promotions across social media platforms.

○ Schedule social media posts according to the content calendar.

3. Ad-hoc Duties

Schedule:

● 40 hours work week

● Flexible working hours: 4 weekdays, 1 weekend (5-day work week).
