Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
- Follow up on overdue payments through polite and professional communication with clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions.
- Assist in preparing accounts receivable reports and analysis.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Perform other ad-hoc finance-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing studies in these areas).
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or general accounting is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
