Basic knowledge in mechanical, electrical system is preferred

• Assist of BIM manager for Tender document creation, coordination with different trades and team work.
• Assist BIM manager for IDD implementation.
• Responsible for the preparation of project drafting plan and deliverables with project engineer
• Familiar with BIM execution plan, requirements, process and workflow.
• Manage the drafting resources to meet the project timelines
• Develop drafting standard and procedures
• Develop team performance through capability development and specific/constructive feedback

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Technology, with minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Industry BIM Certification (Revit Professional, BCA BIM courses) is preferred.
• Proficient with BIM, REVIT, AutoCAD, Naviswork, Microstation, etc.
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English.

Job Description:

• Perform installation of electrical related equipment following company policies and manufacturer’s specifications.

• Carry out wiring of both low and line voltage to cooling and heating equipment.

• Determine the right material needed for installation work by pre-measuring jobs.

• Provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete tasks on time as instructed by management.

Job Requirement:

• Physically capable of performing the above duties.

• With relevant experience in electrical work.

• Possess good electricaltechnical knowledge.

Perform materials checking, finished products, production line. Ensure quality performance through examination of proper inspection, testing and measuring equipment, process capability studies and mistake proofing. Analysis and disposition of customer returns. new products, maintaining existing listings, instructions and product labeling.
