• Work closely with stores to understand market needs and to achieve sales objectives.
• Arrange stock for new store openings, networking events, tradeshow etc.
• Propose and manage reliable and adequate Weekly / Monthly Reports, using strong analytical skills.
• Handle customer feedback, returns and after-sales service;
• Work with the Channel Sales Manager to optimize store performance and grow the distribution business.

Requirements:

- At least 1-2 years Sales experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing and metrology processes for organisation efficiency and capability enhancement.
• Procure and optimize new manufacturing and metrology equipment.
• Lead projects to improve organisation’s manufacturing and metrology capabilities, identifying risks and implementing solutions.
• Provide support during pilot and production phases, including training and issue resolution.
• Supervise department engineers, guiding them in continuous improvement projects.
• Manage non-standard RFQs, advising on resource allocation and exceptions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to align expectations and develop solutions.
• Coordinate with Operational Excellence initiatives for continuous improvement alignment.
• Support engineers and technicians in resolving manufacturing issues and improving quality.
• Participate in training and contribute to relevant publications.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor or Master in Engineering relevant equivalent field of study.
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in process engineering

1. Prospecting new customers and attend to inbound enquiries from new customers.
