Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.

• Prior experience in BIM softwares such as REVIT, Navisworks, MEP, and AutoCAD.

Job Description

You will be part of the team of lift specialists in the general maintenance and inspection of lifts throughout CCKTC. Your key responsibilities include overseeing and liaising with lift vendors in regard to any lift testing and maintenance in compliance with statutory.

Requirements

• Minimum recognized diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 4 years of experience in lift maintenance and supervision

• Candidates who possess motor-cycle license with personal vehicle are preferred as there will be multiple travelling from sites to sites required

• Good organizational, reporting and supervisory skills are essential

• Ability to handle pressure and work challenging lead times

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to handle administrative work such as creation and submission of workorder and invoices

• Willing to work on a 5.25 day (alternate Saturday) work week
