Working Hours

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information technology/Computer science or related and equivalent qualification
• Year(s) of Experience: At least 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure support including cloud computing technologies such as Azure, AWS platform and IT project management. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in networking protocol, routing, switches including troubleshooting network level issues.
• Language(s): Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with English or Mandarin-speaking associates
• Required Knowledge/Skill(s): IT Security management, IT Infrastructure and Cloud computing services and compliance, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, VMware, Google workplace, Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with proactive working attitude

Job Description:

1. Oversees client & contractor coordination, attending to their needs in all aspects of M&E works.

2. Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.

3. Oversees M & E works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical matters or site issues.

4. Review M&E tender documents and contract requirements including proposal for value engineering.

5. Develop and prepare designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches and specifications.

6. Adhere to specific deadlines and deliver high-quality plans.

7. Attend MEP meetings.

8. Able to comprehend schematic/Technical drawing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the QC/QA Manager in daily quality control tasks for Ready Mix Concrete production, including mix design creation, raw material testing, report generation, and addressing customer complaints.
• Ensure all laboratory activities comply with ISO standards, project/site requirements, and internal protocols.
• Develop innovative concrete products and solutions to meet market demands.
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to plan QC/QA activities effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of all test data and reports.
• Ensure proper maintenance of laboratory equipment and facilities.
• Assist in maintaining Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards in the lab.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Polytechnic diploma in Civil Engineering or Building Construction.
• Preferably 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry or a laboratory setting.
• Candidates with less experience will receive appropriate training.
