• Prepare GST, import duty, withholding tax and corporate income tax return
• Responsible and maintain fixed asset and inventory register
• Liaise with external parties, e.g. auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities when required
• Ensure timely and accurate financial closing and compliance with local statutory requirements / accounting standards
• Participate in the annual fixed assets verification exercise and year-end stocktake exercise
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Finance Manager

Job Description

• Review Trade/Deal confirmation and/or Contract Terms / Drafting.
• Ensure that scheduling and day-to-day Cargo and Vessel operations are running smoothly and that any problems are flagged at an early stage to minimize costs, during Pre, In & Post Voyage.
• Managing movements (including shipping operations) from supply to delivery point in an operationally excellent and optimal manner, looking for value add opportunities and preventing unnecessary downtime/demurrage, costs incurred.
• Execute all obligations arising from the contract and charter party flawlessly, in accordance with governmental and industrial regulations.
• Maintain regular communication with external parties, including contractual counterparties, terminal operators, vessel owners/brokers, shipping agents, etc., to ensure products are loaded and discharged on time.
• Coordinate with Suppliers and Buyers on the required documents after the shipment has been completed to ensure all documents are issued accurately and on time.
• Resolving settlement issues in a timely manner.
• Responsible for counterchecking shipping documents, preparing document instructions, agent and surveyor appointments, and payment processing.
• Monitoring and updating operations data on a timely basis.

Job Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistics/ Shipping, Maritime Studies, Nautical Studies or equivalent.
• 3-5 years' experience working in an oil commodity trading operation type environment is required for this position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Self-starter who demonstrate ability or previous experience in working effectively with cross-functional teams, in a dynamic small organization.
• Working knowledge of shipping documentation and cargo/shipping operations
• To communicate with counterparties in Vietnam, Vietnamese language is essential.

This position requires the Wedding & Events Executive to coordinate all requirements for various wedding events and drive sales for wedding catering and wedding planning. He/She is responsible for enforcing the terms of the wedding sales contract and communicates the needs and expectations of the client to the operations team to ensure successful execution of the wedding event and client’s satisfaction.

Requirements:

We are looking to hire a passionate, energetic and detail-oriented wedding planner / events executive to assist clients in coordinating and executing successful weddings. The event executive responsibilities includes obtaining quotes from vendors, ensuring that budget changes are incorporated into clients’ wedding plans accordingly, and collecting payments from clients for the services provided. You should also be able to create a time-line of all wedding-day activities for each client to ensure that everything remains on schedule.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Ability to obtain accurate information from clients during the consultation process and drive sales
• Manage wedding projects independently
• Provide clients with an array of venue options, entertainment, catering and decoration options
• Liaison with customers & assist in coordination of events
• Supporting event services operations in setup prior to event/ actual day.
• Establish & maintain rapport with customers and any assistance they might require
• Attain sales target set by General Manager, client management and conversion from leads given.

Competencies:

• Conducting initial consultations with clients to discuss the wedding packages available, the type of wedding desired, and their wedding budget.
• Conferring with clients to discuss wedding details, including venue options as well as entertainment, catering, and decoration preferences.
• Scheduling meetings with clients to tour suitable wedding venues and meet with vendors, such as florists, photographers, caterers, bakers, and invitation designers.
• Arranging for necessary wedding supplies and equipment to be transported to the wedding venue in a timely manner and overseeing setup of event.
• Monitoring all wedding-day activities to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

• 5.5 day work week (Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm) | Saturday: 8:30am-12:30pm
