Responsibilities:

• To render excellent service for clients of residential and commercial projects
• To create excellent conceptual design, presentation materials, 3D & technical drawings as well as site verification.
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin
• Positive Attitude & able to work under pressure

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years Experience in Residential interior design & commercial design

Possess diploma / degree in interior design with at least 2 years of experience

Well versed in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, 3D Max/ Viz/ V-ray

Possess a flair for material selection, perspective drawings & layout planning

Good knowledge of construction drawings and interior detailing

Responsibilities:

· Produce lighting design including concept presentations, drawings, and calculations.

· Cooperate with electrical teams, clients, and other consultants

· Guide and oversee lighting designers

· Present lighting strategies to client and other consultant

· Provide lighting design and project management from Concept Design to Testing & Commissioning and final handover.

· Manage manpower planning, project workflow, task delegation, project & deliverables scheduling and project progress.

· Liaise closely and exercise full co-operation with fellow Senior Designers.

· Supervise junior designers, provide assistance and report to Division Head.

· Manage project budget and handle project finance administration.

· Attend project meetings, and co-ordinate with Clients, Consultants, Contractors.

· Provide project technical support on site and site inspections as required.

· Prepare lighting design concept presentation and make presentation to the Owner and Consultants.

· Prepare and review design, design process & documentation, tender documentation and other related administrative documentation.

· Assisting Lead Design Consultant in URA and BCA Green Mark Lighting Submission.

· Manage defect liabilities and assist in client support.

· Promote esprit de corps amongst colleagues.

· Assist Division Head in business development, marketing and other business management.

· Responsible to participate and support the Company’s SHEQ within their scope of duties.

Requirement:

- Minimum 3 years’ of related working experience

- Degree or Diploma in Electrical/ Architecture/ Product Design/ Interior Design

- Proficient in common design analysis software like Photoshop, Dialux, etc

- Have strong design flair

JOB DUTIES:

• Responsible for all phases of UI/UX work for software and games products from conceptualization, prototyping, detailed design, usability testing and implementation.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and software engineers.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Develop wireframes, mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate the appearance, functions and features of games, software and applications.
• Create visually appealing, user-friendly, consistent, and crisp user interface elements (e.g. navigation menus, search boxes, buttons, tabs, widgets, icons and animation etc) for software products.
• Contribute to define the overall art style and artistic direction that caters to the clients’ needs, and technical documentations.
• Working closely with Creative team members and cross-functional teams including Product Team, Tech Development Team and Mobile Development Team.
• Validate design with data and playtests, gather feedback from software testers and users to improve the usability of software and games products.
• Troubleshot and find solutions to solve UI/UX problems (e.g. usability, findability, responsiveness).
• Refine and adjust UIUX layout based on user feedback.
• Present key UI/UX design ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders for group's evaluation and consideration.
• Conduct user research to keep up-to-date on the latest trends and influences in UI/UX, and sharing the findings with the team.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the superior and Company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Design related field (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, HCI) with familiarity in UI/UX design.
• 2-5 years of UI/UX design work experience in fast-paced IT industry. Experience in designing gaming UI/UX is a plus.
• Proven experience of end-to-end UX/UI design process spanning user research, wireframing, high-fidelity mock-ups, prototyping, testing and iterations.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles, processes, flows and functional designs.
• Well-rounded sense of UI/UX design and a good grasp in colours, composition, and layout.
• Familiar with design and prototype tools such as like Sketch, Figma, Axure, Zeplin, Flinto, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and Illustrator etc.
• Good multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Possess a great sense of team spirit and willing to go the extra mile to accomplish goals as a team.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate and understand design intentions.
• Experience in Illustration / Animation is a plus.
