Job Scope

Deliver design output:

• Plan out Design roadmaps
• Study design and preparing innovative jewellery ideas using sketches, Illustrator, 3D drawing, and technically sound drawings.
• Research and development of new designs - Drawings (2D and CAD)
• Identify expertise and design innovative and attractive jewellery pieces in accordance to brand product strategy along with target cost points.
• Generate concept and platform boards as seasonal jewellery trend presentation.
• Create the layouts, technical drawings, according to requirements.
• Identify and develop cutting-edge fashion direction and interpret such key trends to in-season analysis to spearhead designs.

Merchandising and Trend-setting:

• Participate in general merchandising planning and buying for luxury brands as well as other product collections
• Research trends’ suitability for company. (through physical external store visits and Internet/social media references)
• Market Research on:
• Market Trends
• Competitors
• Presentation to teams on findings and analysis for future planning
• Design story compilation
• Product trend roadmap planning

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Fine Jewellery Design or equivalent
• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in retail jewellery
• Possess knowledge of computer design software, 2D (Illustrator, Photoshop) and 3D (Rhino and 3D Max) will be more advantageous

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and experienced Game Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in conceptualising and designing game mechanics, levels, and narratives that align with our game project’s vision. You will work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and enjoyable gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities

Execute game design documents by fully scoping out: game mechanics, progression, economies, analytics, narratives, and other related features.

Collaborate with the art and development teams and act as a single source of truth for design.

Be able to iterate on game designs and balance in the engine based on playtest feedback and analytics.

Communicate design specifications and requirements clearly with key stakeholders.

Build the design of new casual games and develop conviction for your design through research.

Keep up to date with the industry to ensure that the quality of our games are surpassing if not exceeding industry standards.

• At least 5+ years experience as a Game Designer, with primary focus on mobile games. 
• Strong understanding of game design principles and player psychology.
• Ability to think logically and solve complex design challenges.
• Proficient in Unreal Engine and Unity
• Proficiency in game design tools and software (confluence, notion, JIRA, MIRO).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
