The following scope of work is to be completed during the contract period:
1. Objectives
a. Enhance the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of mindline.sg, a
national self-help platform for mental health support.
b. Ensure accessibility, usability, and engagement for diverse user demographics,
including individuals seeking mental health resources and support.
2. Responsibilities
a. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, content creators, and
mental health professionals to understand user needs and platform objectives.
b. Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and inform
design decisions.
c. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile
platforms, adhering to best practices and design principles.
d. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics data, and stakeholder input.
e. Ensure consistency and coherence across the platform's various sections and
versions (e.g., mindline.sg, mindline at work, youth mindline).
f. Incorporate accessibility features to accommodate users with diverse needs and
disabilities.
g. Collaborate with developers to implement designs, providing guidance and support
throughout the development process.
