Then come and join our global team as Capacity Building Curriculum Developer. We are looking for an experienced Capacity Building Curriculum Developer to join our Access to Care (AtC) team. Based in Singapore, you will play a key role in designing and implementing educational solutions that bridge capacity gaps within the healthcare sector, with a particular focus on radiographers, radiologists, laboratory professionals, and biomedical engineers.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the global AtC team to assess and address healthcare capacity gaps, providing tailored curriculum development support to country management teams and local partner networks.
- Lead the creation of curriculum frameworks for healthcare capacity building initiatives, aligning with Siemens Healthineers' strategic goals and local needs.
- Oversee the process of education and capacity-building tender activities, ensuring the smooth exchange of materials between Siemens Healthineers, Ministries of Health, and NGOs.
- Facilitate bid management for capacity-building projects, including defining objectives, clarifying conditions, and tracking tender progress.
- Manage the full lifecycle of capacity-building initiatives, from planning and design to implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with local healthcare stakeholders, ensuring curriculum content aligns with clinical pathways and healthcare systems in the region.

Your qualifications and experience:
- A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, healthcare, public health).
- Extensive experience in designing educational programs, preferably in the healthcare sector, with an understanding of the needs of radiographers, radiologists, laboratory professionals, and biomedical engineers.
- Proven experience in project management, with a background in bid and tender processes for healthcare capacity-building projects being advantageous.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, clinical pathways, and operational workflows within hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- You are familiar with clinical pathways and hospital processes
Your attributes and skills:
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and effectively manage relationships with internal and external partners, supporting the global mission of Access to Care.
- Exceptional communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, capable of conveying complex ideas in clear, accessible language.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
- You're open to travel within the region as required (estimated about 15%)
