• Holds a valid Air Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL), recognized or can be validated by CAAS.
• Minimum 7000 flying hours, inclusive of 3000 Pilot In Command (PIC) hours on commercial jets in international operations
• Able to speak and understand English with ICAO English Level 4 or above for inflight radio-telephony communications
• Minimum height requirement of 1.62m to carry out safety and emergency procedures on board

Selection Process

Associate General Counsel - $9k to $14k (AWS + Bonus + Allowances)

We are seeking for a skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our client dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice and support across a wide range of issues pertinent to our operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while safeguarding the organization's interests.

Responsibilities:

• Providing timely legal advice and guidance on all legal issues.
• Interpretating and advising on agreements with project partners and sub-contractors;
• Identification and analysis of legal issues and risks, and developing strategies to mitigate these risks;
• Advising senior management and other departments on legal implications of business decisions
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts relating to the operation
• Event-related contracts such as hiring agreements, ticketing agreements, event promotion/collaboration agreements and commercial partnerships;
• Management of disputes and dispute resolution processes.
• Oversight of company policies, risk and compliance.
• Supervise and mentor team members; and
• Delegate tasks and oversee work to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Conducting or providing assistance during investigation, compliance audit / review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in a Singapore Law or other Common Law jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of experience practicing law, preferably with experience in fields covering corporate, construction, estate/venue management, sports & entertainment law
• In-house legal experience beneficial
• Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role is preferred
