• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Maintain compensation and benefits program
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Handle general affairs matters within the organisation.

Requirements:

• Min 5+ years experience in HR
• Experience in managing a team
• Hands on processing monthly payroll
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• A track record with sourcing, recruiting from blue collar to senior management level employee
• Preferably with working experience in similar industry
