· Ensure corners where dirt is accumulated is removed

· Emptying of waste bins and disposal of trash

· Restocking of toilet supplies and paper towels

· Maintenance and upkeeping of pantry

· Cleaning of refrigerator and microwave

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting officer

Job Requirements:

· Previous experience as an office cleaner is preferred

· Hard working, attention to detail and adhere to punctuality

· Ability to lift heavy equipment as and when needed

· Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin

Working Hours:

Mondays to Saturdays: 7am – 4pm

Break: 10am – 11am

Location:

• Work on cash receipts and bank reconciliation.
• Monitor accounts receivable, payables and claims.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding of incoming and outgoing personnel.
• Process staff claims, work pass applications and renewals.
• Ensure that accounting policies and principles are adhered to, and proper methods are followed.
• Meet financial accounting objectives.
• Support the operational teams in maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Operate vacuum cleaners to clean floor, work areas and machinery.
• Sweep, mop and scrub the floors.
• Shampoo carpets and rugs.
• Clean walls and windows.
• Remove graffiti.
• Empty and clean waste containers.
• Clean and disinfect laundry, toilet and bathroom.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the office and reception area.
• Disinfect premises, furniture, equipment and toys if centre has to be closed.
• Prepare meals for the children during the absence of the Centre Cook.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity

• Able to bend and lift
